✓ Đối tượng áp dụng:  Tất cả các đương đơn xin visa Hàn Quốc đơn và nhiều dạng. Trường hợp không nộp tờ khai trên, bạn sẽ bị từ chối cấp visa.

✓ Thời gian triển khai:  Từ ngày 06/04/2021 – đến khi có thông báo thay đổi.

→   Giấy xác nhận tình trạng sức khỏe mà bạn nộp không đạt yêu cầu cũng sẽ bị từ chối cấp visa.
